Michael J. Schultz – Chief Executive Officerand Co-founder

Mr. Schultz is an accomplished international business executive with more than 25 years of experience. His varied career includes playing a vital role in various start-ups in the United States and Asia, in the wireless and high-tech fields, as well as the creation of business with the world’s major companies including NTT DoCoMo, Sun Microsystems, Apple Computer, HP, Matsushita (Panasonic), Dell Computer and others. Mr. Schultz was also the producer for the Juno award-winning DVD “Rush Live in Rio.” In his spare time, he is writing a children’s book titled Tiny Adventures. Mr. Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Illinois, and a Masters of Science in Statistics from University of Wisconsin.

Karina Goldrajch – Chief Marketing Officer and Co-founder

Karina Goldrajch is an accomplished international executive and a Marketing and PR expert with a track record of creating media traction, brand awareness and establishing global mobile and internet based communities in over 60 countries for several companies. Prior to GenMobi Technologies, Ms. Goldrajch was the CEO of Gold Comunicações, a mobile technology company based out of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. During her tenures she worked for some of the largest American, Israeli and Brazilian companies including Comverse Technologies, Scitex, Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, Petrobras and Rede Globo de Televisao. In addition, Ms. Goldrajch is currently a contributing columnist for the leading Brazilian newspaper Tribuna da Imprensa besides an accomplished author with several books registered in the Biblioteca Nacional as well as an actress whose roles included the highly acclaimed Globo TV novela Felicidade. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Hebrew and Portuguese along with a working knowledge of French and Italian, and earned her degree in Film and Television, from Tel Aviv University in Israel.
